What you'll do
- Contribute to the daily production of desserts and pastries for all hotel departments.
- Collaborate with the team and Pastry Chef to maintain smooth workflow and resolve issues promptly.
- Monitor supplies and plan orders.
- Ensure proper equipment operation and report any faults or issues.
- Follow ISO procedures and apply food hygiene and safety rules correctly.
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Pastry techniques and pastry ingredients knowledge
- Dessert and pastry production
- Ingredient and cost management
- Supply monitoring and order planning
- Pastry equipment operation
- ISO procedures and food hygiene and safety
