What you'll do
- Monitor daily health and safety conditions on site and check measure implementation by staff, crews, and subcontractors.
- Identify hazards and unsafe practices, conduct regular inspections, and recommend corrective measures.
- Organize and oversee the implementation of corrective actions.
- Check PPE use and the safe execution of high-risk work, including work at height, excavations, lifting, and hot work.
- Inspect access routes, temporary facilities, equipment, and subcontractor compliance with safety procedures.
- Support staff training, conduct pre-task briefings, and deliver toolbox talks.
- Record and report accidents, incidents, and near misses, and monitor corrective actions.
- Collaborate with the Safety Technician and Occupational Physician when required, and promptly report serious or immediate risks to management.

- Construction Site Health and Safety, Hazard Identification, and High-Risk Work Safety.
- Safety Inspections, Personal Protective Equipment, and Corrective Actions.
- Accident and Incident Reporting, Safety Record Keeping, and Process Compliance.
- Safety Training and Subcontractor Management.
- Multi-Team and Task Management, with strong attention to detail and intervention in unsafe work.
- MS Office and English Language.
- Technical and Construction Studies
