What you'll do
- Develop and implement the hotel's annual sales plan in line with group strategy and local market needs
- Set, monitor and achieve occupancy, ADR and RevPAR targets; provide sales, forecast and budget reports
- Manage individual and group hotel reservations, ensuring accurate and complete data in Protel
- Manage and optimize OTA, official website and dynamic sales channels to maximize occupancy and direct bookings
- Create and update rate sheets, promotions and revenue management strategies with management
- Build and maintain relationships with tour operators, travel agencies, corporate clients and MICE accounts; negotiate contracts and rates
- Analyze the local tourism market and competitors to identify new business opportunities
- Coordinate with F&B, Rooms Division and other departments to adapt products and services to market needs
- Verify reservations and maintain correspondence records in line with SOPs
Key requirements
- 4+ years' experience
- Sales strategy development; sales forecasting and budgeting; sales reporting
- Hotel reservations management; Protel; CRM software
- Revenue management; pricing and promotions management; OTA channel management
- Tour operator relationship management; contract and price negotiation
- Hotel market and competitor analysis; SOP compliance
- Microsoft Office/365; English language
- Business Administration / Marketing / Tourism Management / Any Fieldpreferred
