What you'll do
- Provide guest service at the reception according to group standards
- Keep the work area clean and organized
- Manage guest complaints and resolve guest issues
- Provide administrative support
- Manage email correspondence
- Communicate directly with supervisors to resolve problems
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Excellent knowledge of Protel hotel management software
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
- English and German language skills
- Guest service and complaint management
- Administrative support and email management
- Communication with supervisors
- Tourism / Hospitality Managementpreferred
