Key requirements
- Hospitality experience anticipating and meeting hotel guests' needs
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- Sales skills with a business-oriented approach
- Organizational and customer service skills with attention to detail
- Communication skills and ability to build strong working relationships
- Teamwork and ability to take initiative
- Multilingualism is an asset

Acts as the point of reference for guests who need assistance or information and attend to the wishes and requirements.
Collaborates with reception staff to meet guests' needs.
Optimizes revenue through sales of concierge services.
Requirements
Degree or Certificate in Hospitality and/or related field (preferred).
Hospitality experience anticipating the needs of hotel guests is needed. Previous experience in a similar role is preferable.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.).
Business fluency in spoken and written English (proficiency diploma required).
Knowledge of an additional language would be an asset.

Customer service-oriented with impeccable communication skills and a willingness to go the extra mile.
