What you'll do
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify potential hazards and assess safety measures
- Supervise data entry and analyze health and safety information ensuring accuracy
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and policies, identify deviations and implement improvements
- Design and deliver training programs to increase staff knowledge and awareness on safety matters
- Lead accident prevention efforts by setting improvement actions and ensuring procedure implementation
- Approve and revise hotel evacuation plans ensuring they are updated and meet safety requirements
- Coordinate projects and initiatives related to safety according to company needs
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Engineering degree from University or Technological Education Institute, ideally Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering
- Ability to perform Safety Technician duties according to legislation and Labor Inspectorate requirements
- Experience in Health & Safety role
- Good knowledge of Health & Safety legislation at work
- Very good knowledge of English and MS Office
- Ability to travel regularly within Greece
- Good knowledge of urban planning and technical legislation including GOK, NOK, Building Code, TOTEE
- Understanding of technical installations such as electromechanical systems, fuel networks, water supply and sewage, water treatment
- Engineeringpreferred

Ο/Η Βοηθός Τεχνικού Ασφαλείας είναι υπεύθυνος/η για την αξιολόγηση κινδύνων, την εποπτεία της συμμόρφωσης με τη νομοθεσία και τα εταιρικά πρότυπα, καθώς και για τη συνεχή βελτίωση των διαδικασιών ασφαλείας στις εγκαταστάσεις.
Η θέση προϋποθέτει τακτικές μετακινήσεις εντός Ελλάδας, στις εγκαταστάσεις του Ομίλου.
Απαιτήσεις
Αρμοδιότητες
Διενεργεί τακτικές επιθεωρήσεις των εγκαταστάσεων, εντοπίζοντας πιθανούς κινδύνους και αξιολογώντας τα μέτρα ασφαλείας.
Εποπτεύει την καταχώρηση και αναλύει δεδομένα σχετικά με την υγεία και ασφάλεια, διασφαλίζοντας την ακρίβεια των πληροφοριών.
Διασφαλίζει τη συμμόρφωση με τους κανονισμούς και τις πολιτικές ασφαλείας, εντοπίζοντας τυχόν αποκλίσεις και εφαρμόζοντας βελτιώσεις.
Σχεδιάζει και διεξάγει εκπαιδευτικά προγράμματα, ενισχύοντας τη γνώση και την ευαισθητοποίηση του προσωπικού σε θέματα ασφάλειας.
Ηγείται της πρόληψης ατυχημάτων, ορίζοντας δράσεις βελτίωσης και διασφαλίζοντας την εφαρμογή των προβλεπόμενων διαδικασιών.
Εγκρίνει και αναθεωρεί τα πλάνα διαφυγής των ξενοδοχείων, εξασφαλίζοντας ότι είναι επικαιροποιημένα και σύμφωνα με τις απαιτήσεις ασφαλείας.
Συντονίζει διάφορα έργα και πρωτοβουλίες που σχετίζονται με την ασφάλεια, σύμφωνα με τις ανάγκες της εταιρείας.
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα
Πτυχίο Μηχανικού (ΑΕΙ ή ΤΕΙ) – ιδανικά Μηχανολόγου, Ηλεκτρολόγου ή Πολιτικού Μηχανικού
Δυνατότητα άσκησης καθηκόντων Τεχνικού Ασφαλείας (βάσει νομοθεσίας / ΣΕΠΕ)
Εργασιακή εμπειρία τουλάχιστον 2 έτη εμπειρίας σε ρόλο Υγείας & Ασφάλειας
Καλή γνώση νομοθεσίας Υγείας & Ασφάλειας στην εργασία
Πολύ καλή γνώση Αγγλικών
Πολύ καλή γνώση MS Office
Ευελιξία και διαθεσιμότητά σε ολιγοήμερες μετακινήσεις εντός Ελλάδας
Καλή γνώση πολεοδομικής και τεχνικής νομοθεσίας (ΓΟΚ, ΝΟΚ, Κτιριοδομικός Κανονισμός, ΤΟΤΕΕ)
Κατανόηση τεχνικών εγκαταστάσεων (Η/Μ συστήματα, δίκτυα καυσίμων, ύδρευσης & αποχέτευσης, επεξεργασία νερού)
