Key Responsibilities:

Spa Treatments:

• Perform a variety of spa treatments, including massages, facials, body wraps, and other therapeutic services.
• Customize treatments based on the individual needs and preferences of each guest.
• Maintain a high standard of technical skill and expertise.

Consultations:

• Conduct thorough consultations with guests to assess their health history, preferences, and any specific concerns.
• Provide recommendations for appropriate treatments and products.

Guest Service:

• Create a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere for spa guests.
• Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests.
• Inform guests on post-treatment care and wellness practices.

Hygiene and Sanitation:

• Adhere to strict hygiene and sanitation standards in all aspects of spa services.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and spa facilities.

Product Knowledge:

• Stay informed about spa products, treatments, and industry trends.
• Provide product recommendations and promote retail sales.

Collaboration with Spa Team:

• Collaborate with other spa therapists, receptionists, and support staff to ensure seamless operations.
• Participate in training sessions and skill development programs.

Appointment Scheduling:

• Manage appointments efficiently, ensuring a smooth flow of services.
• Communicate with spa receptionists to coordinate schedules and accommodate guest preferences.

Sales and Upselling:

• Meet or exceed sales targets for spa services and retail products.

Qualifications:

• Certification or license in massage therapy or a related field.
• Previous experience as a spa therapist in a luxury spa or hotel setting.
