What you'll do
- Lead and monitor the production process and final product specifications during your shift
- Ensure proper functioning of facilities and compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
- Report deviations and correction needs to shift supervisors and propose production parameter changes
- Implement work instructions and quality assurance procedures and contribute to quality improvements
- Collaborate in drafting health and safety instructions and participate in team activities
- Participate in product improvement tests, workplace condition measurements, and emergency drills
- Suggest and execute corrective and preventive actions after inspections and facility checks
- Actively propose ways to reduce natural resource and energy consumption
Key requirements
- Familiarity with quality specifications and operational standards
- Measurement instrument management including thermometers and granulometry devices
- Report and work instruction writing skills
- Communication and time management abilities
- Technical and Vocational Education

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες:
Οδηγεί και παρακολουθεί την παραγωγική διαδικασία και τις προδιαγραφές των τελικών προϊόντων κατά τη διάρκεια της βάρδιας
Φροντίζει για την καλή λειτουργία των εγκαταστάσεων και παρακολουθεί την συμμόρφωση με πρότυπα ασφάλειας/ποιότητας/περιβάλλοντος
Αναφέρει στους υπεύθυνους της βάρδιας τις αποκλίσεις και τις ανάγκες διορθώσεων ενώ εισηγείται και εφαρμόζει αλλαγές στις παραμέτρους παραγωγής σε συνεργασία με την Ιεραρχία του
Εφαρμόζει τις Οδηγίες Εργασίας & Διαδικασίες διασφάλισης της ποιότητας στο επίπεδο της βάρδιας του και συμβάλλει στην βελτίωση της ποιότητας μέσω προτάσεων
Συνεργάζεται στη σύνταξη οδηγιών υγείας και ασφάλειας και συμμετέχει στις δραστηριότητες της ομάδας
Συμμετέχει σε δοκιμές βελτίωσης των προϊόντων, μετρήσεις συνθηκών εργασίας και ασκήσεις διάσωσης/εκτάκτων αναγκών
Προτείνει και υλοποιεί διορθωτικές και προληπτικές ενέργειες μετά από επιθεωρήσεις και ελέγχους εγκαταστάσεων
Συμμετέχει ενεργά με προτάσεις στη μείωση κατανάλωσης Φυσικών Πόρων & Ενέργειας
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:
Απόφοιτος Γυμνασίου/Λυκείου ή Τεχνικής Σχολής (ΕΠΑΛ, ΕΠΑΣ, ΟΑΕΔ κ.α.)
Εξοικείωση με προδιαγραφές ποιότητας, πρότυπα και οδηγίες λειτουργίας
Ικανότητα διαχείρισης οργάνων μέτρησης όπως θερμόμετρα-συσκευές κοκκομετρίας κ.α.
Ικανότητα σύνταξης αναφορών και οδηγιών εργασίας.
Δεξιότητα στην επικοινωνία και τη διαχείριση του χρόνου.
Επιθυμητή η εμπειρία σε βιομηχανική επιχείρηση, με προτίμηση σε δραστηριότητες που σχετίζονται με τον τομέα Μεταλλουργίας
Άδεια χειρισμού γερανογέφυρας/περονοφόρου θα θεωρηθεί επιπρόσθετο προσόν.
