What you'll do
- Review and evaluate applicable codes, standards and specifications for project requirements
- Participate in Management Review Meetings and prepare minutes
- Review and monitor Project Quality Plan implementation and compliance
- Review all site material inspections and non-conformance reports (NCR)
- Handle NCR and surveillance issues, maintaining track records
- Monitor RFI status and support Site Manager daily coordination
- Review, approve, and monitor Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) implementation
- Review and approve field QC documents and inspection requests
- Review and approve WPS, PQR, NDT, PWHT, and Hydro test procedures
- Review and approve material and equipment storage and preservation procedures
- Review QA/QC involvement in Method Statement and Job Safety Analysis (JSA)
- Review and update punch list status regularly
- Review calibration certificates
- Review and monitor ECC / CCC and Turn Over Packages status
- Witness Welding Qualification Tests (WQT)
- Organize QA/QC training programs
- Plan, organize and lead ISO 9001:2008 audits
- Attend daily, weekly and monthly meetings
- Establish communication with Contractor’s Quality Manager
- Stay informed about regulatory changes ensuring project compliance
