About the job

We are currently looking for a Senior Asset Rotation Coordinator to join our Global Operations team.  

Your role will encompass:

  • Review of SPAs and other contractual documents (e.g. EPCs, JVAs, Term sheets, PPAs) related to sell-side transactions in the renewable energy sector (primarily Solar and BESS)

  • Prepare and maintain Excel-based dashboards to monitor key contractual deliverables, obligations, and timelines in accordance with legal documentation

  • Ensure proper escalation and follow-up of critical closing and post-closing items

  • Coordinate sell-side transaction execution across asset rotation deals, ensuring alignment between all involved functions (legal, finance, tax, technical, and commercial teams) throughout the transaction lifecycle at central and regional level

  • Support financial modelling and transaction analysis, including review of valuation assumptions, deal structures, and financial outputs

  • Support the preparation and review of Capital Allocation Committee (CAC) materials, including financial analysis and transaction summaries

  • Support the due diligence process, including management of Q&A cycles, and alignment across multiple stakeholders during transaction execution

What you bring to the role:   

  • 3-5 years of professional experience in Corporate Finance, Legal / M&A, Investment banking or equivalent Big4 advisory / deal execution environment with prior experience in renewable energy projects (Solar, BESS, Hybrid)Solid understanding of M&A / sell-side transaction processes including experience with detailed review of transactions legal documentation

  • Advanced financial modelling and analytical skills

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management

  • Exposure to global or multi-country projects, demonstrating ability to work across different jurisdictions and stakeholders

  • Excellent level of English (written and spoken), with strong business communication skills in an international environment

  • Highly structured, detail-oriented, team-player, comfortable working in a fast-paced, deal-driven corporate environment
