Grant Thornton’s Outsourcing Services practice is continuously growing, offering high quality services to our clients, committed to “making a difference every day” and is currently seeking to employ a Scientific Engagement & Events Coordinator (client facing role).

The role in more details:

  • Coordinate scientific events, congress sponsorships and HCP participation logistics in compliance with company policies, local regulations, and internal procedures.

  • Support operational processes, including vendor communication, PO creation, contract handling, invoice follow-up and SAP/ERP updates.

  • Maintain accurate documentation, reporting and KPI tracking while ensuring timely completion of operational and administrative tasks.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external vendors, procurement, and travel agencies to ensure smooth operational delivery and effective cross-functional communication.

  • Monitor operational activities and support continuous process improvement initiatives to ensure operational excellence.

To be successful at this role you need the following :

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.).

  • Fluency in both Greek and English.

  • SAP experience will be considered an asset.

  • Proactive, resourceful, and eager to grow professionally.

  • Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Detail-oriented and proactive, with strong analytical thinking, willingness to learn new systems, and the ability to follow company procedures and support KPI tracking.
