Grant Thornton’s Outsourcing Services practice is continuously growing, offering high quality services to our clients, committed to “making a difference every day” and is currently seeking to employ a Scientific Engagement & Events Coordinator (client facing role).
The role in more details:
Coordinate scientific events, congress sponsorships and HCP participation logistics in compliance with company policies, local regulations, and internal procedures.
Support operational processes, including vendor communication, PO creation, contract handling, invoice follow-up and SAP/ERP updates.
Maintain accurate documentation, reporting and KPI tracking while ensuring timely completion of operational and administrative tasks.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external vendors, procurement, and travel agencies to ensure smooth operational delivery and effective cross-functional communication.
Monitor operational activities and support continuous process improvement initiatives to ensure operational excellence.
To be successful at this role you need the following :
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.).
Fluency in both Greek and English.
SAP experience will be considered an asset.
Proactive, resourceful, and eager to grow professionally.
Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented and proactive, with strong analytical thinking, willingness to learn new systems, and the ability to follow company procedures and support KPI tracking.
