What you'll do
- Lead and contribute to SAP FICO implementations and upgrades
- Act as internal technical lead for SAP FICO initiatives ensuring alignment with business requirements
- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP-related issues including customization and integration
- Coordinate and oversee SAP system integrators and liaise between business users and vendors
- Provide expertise on SAP FICO architecture, improvements, and best practices
- Support solution documentation, user training, and RFI/RFP/RFQ processes
- Ensure compliance of SAP solutions with corporate policies and governance standards
Key requirements
- 5+ years' experience
- SAP FICO and SAP S/4HANA implementations
- ABAP knowledge
- Analytical skills for system analysis and issue resolution
- Communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholder interaction
- Business process knowledge and system integration
- Solution documentation and project lifecycle management
- Governance standards compliance and vendor coordination
- English language proficiency
