What you'll do
- Provide basic SAP user support under experienced team guidance
- Assist in investigating and resolving simple SAP issues
- Log, update, and follow up on incidents and service requests
- Learn and understand key SAP business processes
- Assist senior SAP consultants with daily support activities
- Perform basic SAP transactions and data checks
- Participate in SAP testing activities and document test results
- Support preparation and maintenance of SAP user documentation and procedures
- Assist with SAP system changes, enhancements, and improvement projects
- Communicate with business users to understand and document their requirements
- Escalate complex issues to senior SAP team members as needed
- Continuously develop SAP and business process knowledge
Key requirements
- Basic SAP transactions and SAP support
- Incident management and SAP testing
- Documentation and business processes understanding
- SQL and Microsoft Excel
- English
- Computer Science / Business Administration / Economicspreferred
