We are currently looking for Project Engineer to join our New Energy Services Team part of our Fully Integrated Energy Utility Division, based in Athens .Τhis internal opportunity is ideal for those looking to expand their impact and grow within the company while continuing to contribute to our shared success.
By joining this role, you'll play a key role in the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects covering E-Mobility infrastructure, Heat Pump systems, Smart Metering, and Energy Efficiency initiatives. You will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget, coordinating both technical implementation and project teams.
Your Role Will Encompass:
Managing and supervising electrical and mechanical projects across the Energy Services portfolio.

Coordinating contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
Monitoring project progress, identifying risks or deviations, and taking corrective actions.
Preparing and maintaining detailed project documentation.
Supporting the preparation of techno-economic proposals for new projects and customer solutions.
Handling technical issues and equipment faults, including diagnosing and resolving malfunctions.
Conducting on-site visits for project construction, commissioning, inspections, and troubleshooting of equipment failures.
Ensuring compliance with technical standards, health and safety regulations, and legal frameworks.
What You Bring to the Role:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Energy Engineering (AEI or ΤΕΙ).
Professional license to practice as an Engineer in Greece (TEE registration) is considered an asset.
5+ years of experience in project engineering or site supervision of electrical/mechanical installations.
Familiarity with energy monitoring systems (meters, inverters, HVAC) and energy performance assessments (Energy Audits).
Being a certified Energy Inspector will be considered a strong asset.
Hands-on experience in project implementation, commissioning, and performance verification.
Strong technical understanding of electrical systems and familiarity with IoT and energy monitoring technologies.
Experience with energy monitoring systems (meters, inverters, HVAC systems, etc.) and in energy performance certification of facilities (Energy Audits).
Excellent communication skills in Greek and English, both written and spoken.
