What you'll do
- Supervise electrical maintenance department operations and subcontractors ensuring maintenance programs completion respecting safety and environmental rules
- Prepare and oversee health, safety, and environmental plans for subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with annual safety, quality, and environmental targets and procedures
- Coordinate with Production team to ensure maintenance program implementation
- Develop budgets and perform variance analysis
- Design and supervise training programs and evaluate staff performance based on individual goals
- Lead Continuous Improvement LSS (Black Belt) projects
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Electrical Maintenance and Project Supervision
- Health and Safety and Environmental Conditions management
- Project Management and budgeting skills
- MS Office proficiency and English language fluency
- Time Management, Adaptability, Critical Thinking, and Perception
- Electrical Engineering
