We are currently looking for a Corporate Communication Specialist to join our Corporate Communication team in Athens, Greece.

 

By joining this role, you will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and delivering 360° corporate communication initiatives that strengthen the company's reputation and brand presence. You will act as a bridge between internal and external communications, creating impactful content, managing corporate events, and supporting strategic communication activities across digital and traditional channels.

 

Your role will encompass:

  • Plan and execute the annual Corporate Communication plan, ensuring alignment with business objectives and brand guidelines.

  • Support internal communication initiatives, including key corporate announcements, intranet content, and newsletters.

  • Coordinate and support internal events that promote the company's vision, culture, and values.

  • Collaborate with various business functions to develop and distribute engaging communication content across internal channels.

  • Work closely with IT teams to support the implementation of new technologies that enhance internal communication capabilities.

  • Support branding initiatives and ensure consistent application of corporate identity guidelines.

  • Assist in the planning and execution of corporate events, conferences, and ESG-related activities.

  • Oversee the development of high-quality multimedia content, including videos, photography, presentations, and infographics.

  • Create and manage content for social media, internal communications, and corporate communication campaigns.

  • Manage relationships with external partners, agencies, event organizers, and communication vendors.

  • Support contract administration processes, including specifications, supplier management, invoice verification, and payment tracking.

  • Monitor communication activities, track KPIs, and prepare reports and insights for management.

 

What you bring to the role:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of proven experience in Corporate Communications, Brand Management, Marketing, or related areas.

  • Experience in B2B, industrial, manufacturing, or energy environments will be considered an asset.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.

  • Proven experience in planning and executing integrated communication campaigns and corporate events.

  • Experience in content creation, storytelling, and multimedia communication.

  • Strong knowledge of digital communication tools, social media management platforms, content management systems, and analytics tools.
