What you'll do
- Propose safety measures for facilities and technical equipment
- Inspect working conditions and propose solutions for problems
- Participate in investigation, recording, and evaluation of workplace accidents or incidents and propose preventive measures
- Participate in preparation, execution, and supervision of fire safety and alarm drills to ensure employee readiness
- Encourage employees to follow occupational health and safety measures
- Train employees on occupational health and safety topics
- Monitor national and EU health and safety legal requirements
- Propose proper signage in work areas
- Participate in measurements of physical, chemical, and biological factors
- Collaborate with Safety Technician in developing Emergency Response Plans
- Substitute Safety Technician during absences
Key requirements
- 1+ years' experience
- Knowledge of legal and regulatory frameworks for occupational health and safety
- Experience in an industrial environment
- Good use of MS Office
- Knowledge of English language
- Training employees on occupational health and safety
- Inspection of working conditions
- Proposing safety measures and problem-solving
- Participation in measurements of physical, chemical, and biological factors
