What you'll do
- Identify, evaluate, and introduce suitable locations to support business development and expansion plans
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential sites and real estate opportunities
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities within target areas
- Conduct preliminary commercial and location viability assessments
- Collect, analyze, and interpret market, demographic, and competitive data to support decision-making
- Prepare comprehensive site evaluation reports and present recommendations to key stakeholders
- Build and maintain relationships with landlords, developers, brokers, and property owners
- Support lease and commercial negotiations when required
- Utilize company systems and tools, including the IRIS Platform, to manage and track opportunities
- Prepare and submit reports, maps, studies, technical information, and supporting documentation related to identified sites
- Ensure all submitted information is accurate, complete, and aligned with company standards and timelines
Key requirements
- 5+ years' experience
- Real estate sales and development knowledge
- Brokerage and property management experience
- Real estate consulting skills
- Strong negotiation skills and commercial negotiations
- Commercial awareness and contract management
- Market analysis and report preparation
- Relationship management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and use of IRIS Platform
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively
- Economics / Engineering / Real Estate / Business Administrationpreferred

What We're Looking For
Degree in Economics, Engineering, Real Estate, Business Administration or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of experience in in real estate sales and/or development, brokerage, property management, or real estate consulting.
Strong negotiation skills
Commercial awareness
Knowledge of contract management
Results orientation
Excellent command of the Greek and English language
Proficiency in MS Office
A valid category B License
Ability to travel extensively within Greece
