About the job
Alpha Real Estate S.A. is seeking a Real Estate Transactions Associate/Specialist to join its Asset Management and Technical Division. As a Real Estate Transactions Associate/Specialist, you will support all legal, technical, and administrative processes related to the transfer, acquisition, and management of real estate assets. The role includes coordination of due diligence, preparation and review of transaction documents, communication with public authorities, and support during negotiations.
What you will be doing
1. Real Estate Due Diligence
Conduct legal due diligence for real estate transfers, including land registry searches, title verification, encumbrances, zoning/building restrictions, and compliance checks
Review engineering/technical documents (building permits, topographic plans, condominium regulations)
Identify risks and prepare due diligence reports
2. Transaction Documentation & Execution
Assist in drafting, reviewing, and coordinating agreements such as preliminary agreements, sale & purchase contracts, leases, powers of attorney, and tax declarations
Prepare supporting documents for notaries and coordinate corrections
Communicate with notaries, lawyers, engineers, banks, and accountants
3. Coordination with Public Authorities
Submit and track applications to Land Registry/Cadastre, Municipalities (TAP certificates), AADE (ENFIA, myProperty transfers), and Urban Planning
Ensure timely collection of all required certificates and clearances
4. Financial & Administrative Support
Verify transfer tax calculations and municipal fee requirements
Coordinate with banks for mortgage releases and approvals
Maintain transaction files, checklists, and compliance logs
Prepare client reports and progress updates
5. Client Communication & Project Management
Act as daily contact point for clients, providing updates and documentation support
Schedule meetings, inspections, and signing appointments
Monitor deadlines and ensure proper sequencing of actions
What you need to have
A Bachelor’s or a Master’s degree in Engineering/Business or in any other related discipline
At least three (3) years of related work experience in the asset management of large RE portfolios
Excellent knowledge of MS Office, gov.gr, myAADE, and real estate platforms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Greek and in English
Solid analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Very good stakeholder management and presentation/communication skills
