What you'll do
- Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests
- Set tables according to event type and service standards
- Answer questions on menu selections
- Communicate with kitchen about menu questions, wait times, re-cooks, and availability
- Relay additional meal requirements and special requests to kitchen
- Record transactions using MICROS system at time of order
- Check with guests to ensure satisfaction with food and beverages
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and dishware throughout the day
- Complete closing duties including restocking and turning off lights
- Present accurate check to guests and process payments
- Follow company safety and security policies and report unsafe conditions
- Maintain clean and professional appearance and protect company assets

Maintain cleanliness of work areas, china, glass, etc., throughout the day.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
