The Hotels have a total of 422 rooms and suites, exquisite banqueting facilities, famous outlets, the famous Alexander’s Bar, and the rejuvenating GB Spa. 

 

Our Hotels’ team seeks to fill the position of:

Multi Property Night Manager

Will be reporting to the Multi Property Director of Guest Services & Front Office.

Duties and Responsibilities to include:

  • Manage the night shift Front Desk teams of the Hotel Grande Bretagne, and the King George ensuring delivery our exceptional Guest Service for all Guest request

  • Lead the Hotel Team in all Safety and Security protocols for the Night Shift, and handle in cooperation with the Night Security Shift Leader all instances that need attention.

  • Supervise and Conduct Check-in, Check out and all other Front Office functions required in this role

  • Supervise the Night Audit Activities as needed, and oversee the duties carried out by the Hotel’s Front desk team during the shift – printing of reports, audits and all other duties required

  • Prepare all needed Operational Reports for the Night Shift Team, and in preparation for daily service.

  • Review Empower GXP and other Guest platforms to ensure all details are in place for VIP and Marriott BonVoy Guests arriving during the late evening hours.

  • Reply to and assist in all Guest Requests or complaints during their Shift

  • Attend Department Head Meetings of Guest Services as needed

  • Prepare and deliver Learning & Development plans to the Associates of the Night Shift for Front Office and Guest Services, in accordance with the approvals of the Director of Guest Services

The successful candidate should possess the following knowledge, skills and attributes

  • University Degree in a Tourism (or relevant Master’s degree)

  • Working knowledge of Opera or similar program

  • At minimum of 5 years of working experience in a similar position in the hospitality sector, preferably in an international, luxury environment, with specialization in the Night Shift

  • Excellent command of Greek, and the English language certified at Proficiency level

  • Strong people and project management skills

  • Problem solving skills. A can do attitude is a must.

  • Organizing skills and coordination ability

  • Analytical, and attention to detail

  • Interpersonal communication skills, integrity and commitment 

  • EU National or Greek Resident
