Our Human Resources team seeks to fill the position of:

Engineering Executive

The associate will be reporting to the Multi Property Director of Engineering.

Position overview:

 

Assist the Management of the Engineering team with the reporting and analytics of the daily operations maintenance, Marriott system updating, sustainability targets, health & safety and support on projects management in the properties. The ideal candidate must have a strong technical background in construction or the hospitality sector.

 

Areas of Responsibility,

s

upport in the overall Administration of the Engineering Department:  

  • Support in the Technical department in all projects and building maintenance, with walk-through as needed

  • Update all Marriott system with technical works, and maintain reporting of the department

  • Ensure a smooth operation for the administration of the Engineering team, office, and related areas

  • Support in the updating of Engineering manuals, and Training manuals as needed

  • Support in the updating of all certifications of the Hotels as per local law, and ESG targets

The successful candidate should possess the following knowledge, skills and attributes:

  • Degree in Engineering (a Master’s Degree will be an asset)

  • Excellent command of the Greek and English language (certified at minimum of Proficiency level)

  • Excellent knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint (ECDL certification will be an asset)

  • At least 2-4 year of administrative experience in a similar position, preferably in the hospitality sector or related industry

  • Strong people management skills who enjoys working in a team setting

  • Problem solving skills. A can do attitude is a must.

  • Organizing skills and coordination ability

  • Strong Analytical and reporting skills

  • Interpersonal communication skills

  • Strong time and project management skills.
