About the job
Will be reporting to the Multi Property Communications & Reservations Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities to include:
Assist in the exceptional Guest Service our Hotels are renown for and all Guest request
Set-up and reply to all Reservations requests, and send offers.
Support in the Hotel Guest Service Center, and Call-Center.
The successful candidate should possess the following knowledge, skills and attributes
University Degree in a Tourism (or relevant Master’s degree)
Working knowledge of Opera
At least 4 years of working experience in a similar position in the hospitality sector, preferably in an international, luxury environment
Excellent command of the English language certified at Proficiency level
ECDL Certifications for advanced knowledge of a Computer
Working knowledge of GXP Empower would be considered an assert
Strong people and project management skills
Problem solving skills. A can do attitude is a must.
Organizing skills and coordination ability
Analytical, and attention to detail
Interpersonal communication skills, integrity and commitment
EU National or Greek Resident
