The Hotels have a total of 422 rooms and suites, exquisite banqueting facilities, famous outlets, the famous Alexander’s Bar, and the rejuvenating GB Spa. 

Our Hotels’ team seeks to fill the position of:

Pool Attendant

Will be reporting to the Restaurant Manager of the GB Outdoor Pool.

Duties and Responsibilities to include:

• Assist in the exceptional Guest Service our Hotels are renown for and all Guest request

• Set up, opening and closing of outdoor pool area as per the brand standards

• Set up the sunbeds for the Guests

• Place the appropriate amenities and presentation for the sunbeds

• Serve drinks & beverages to the Guests

• Assist to all other associates at all times 

• Responsible for Towel service and other sun products

• Reply to and assist in all other Guest Requests 

• Support in the hostess area for Guests entering the GB Outdoor pool for placement to their sunbed(s)

• Support as a Lifeguard (with the required certifications)

The successful candidate should possess the following knowledge, skills and attributes

• At least 1-2 years of working experience in a similar position in the hospitality sector, preferably in an international, luxury environment, or in a large city Pool.

• Working background as a Lifeguard will be considered an asset

• Mandatorily must hold a valid Lifeguard certification as per Greek Law, and obtained after 07/2022 (new law article 2621/30.05.2022)

• Excellent command of the English language certified at advanced level or above

• Strong people and project management skills

• Problem solving skills. A can do attitude is a must.

• Organizing skills and coordination ability

• Analytical, and attention to detail

• Interpersonal communication skills, integrity and commitment 

• EU National or Greek Resident
