What you'll do
- Support the implementation of MSC's Compliance Program across the group
- Deliver compliance training and awareness initiatives worldwide
- Provide guidance on business ethics matters such as gifts and hospitality
- Conduct third-party due diligence and support integrity and sanctions assessments
- Review compliance-related contractual provisions
- Assist with assessing compliance requests and questionnaires
- Contribute to compliance communications, reporting, and awareness activities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on ethics and compliance matters across jurisdictions
Key requirements
- 1+ years' experience
- Corporate Compliance including anti-bribery, anti-corruption, and sanctions compliance
- Data Protection knowledge
- Legal Contract Review and Due Diligence experience
- Compliance Training and Awareness delivery
- Business Ethics Guidance and Ethical Business Practices
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Communication Skills and Interpersonal Skills
- Shipping and Logistics Knowledge
- Multi-jurisdictional Collaboration
- Languages: English
