What you'll do
- Distribute worldwide manifest deadlines in line with AMS Regulations
- Perform AMS declarations for the respective Customs Offices
- Track vessel routings and ETA/ETL/ETD prospects
- Assist with system data synchronization and update AMS deadlines when needed
- Manage vessel rotation changes according to system requirements and Customs regulations
- Liaise with the worldwide agency network and provide guidance on uploading bill of lading manifests
Key requirements
- English fluency, including written and oral communication
- Microsoft Office 365
- AMS declarations and customs documentation
- Customs regulations compliance
- Manifest deadline management
- Vessel routing monitoring, ETA/ETL/ETD tracking, and system data synchronization
