What you'll do
- Register and monitor import customs declarations
- Submit clearance statements to customs authorities for imports under suspension regimes and free circulation with VAT exemption
- Submit export customs declarations
- Submit applications for certificates of customs origin (T2L)
- Send export shipment documents to customs agent partners
- Issue and monitor suspension regime permits
- Check compliance with rules of origin in preferential regimes and ensure correct application of simplifications
- Handle excise duty refund procedures
- Manage customs inspections
- Communicate with logistics, customs agents and transport companies to update and resolve issues
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Knowledge of customs legislation and tax legislation
- Skills in import and export customs declarations
- Experience with issuing certificates of customs origin (T2L) and managing suspension regimes
- Supply chain knowledge and cooperation with logistics and customs agents
- SAP usage skills and computer skills
- Problem-solving skills and handling customs inspections
- Business Administration / Economics
