What you'll do
- Manage operations in assigned regions/stores and propose process improvements
- Organize work and define KPIs for the team, delegate tasks and monitor results
- Motivate employees and develop their knowledge
- Implement company rules and conduct regular team meetings and visits
- Implement and control company strategy to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Set and monitor action plans to improve regional work processes
- Provide feedback to other departments on operational challenges and sales
- Implement and control standard operating procedures in retail stores
- Maintain store appearance standards including hygiene and visual merchandising
- Improve retail store performance in processes, finance, and customer relations
- Plan and control sales targets and costs to meet business plans
- Monitor inventory turnover and suggest improvements
- Ensure compliance with write-off and deficit rules
- Ensure high service levels in retail stores to attract and retain customers
- Enhance customer buying experience through activities and service
- Manage employee scheduling, absences, and transfers while complying with legal requirements
- Support new and renovated store openings and relocations
- Train employees and monitor their work improvements
- Monitor competitor activities and propose new initiatives
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Retail Management and Team Leadership skills
- KPI Definition and Monitoring
- Customer Satisfaction Management and Sales Target Planning
- Inventory Turnover Monitoring and Standard Operating Procedures Implementation
- Employee Scheduling, Training and Development
- Analytical Skills and Proficiency in ERP
- Driving License
- Marketing / Business Administration / Supply Chain Management
