What you'll do
- Ensure smooth store operations and follow all required procedures
- Achieve store sales and KPI targets
- Deliver quality customer service to increase sales and build customer trust
- Organize and coordinate the team’s daily store activities
- Manage merchandise receipts, transfers, returns, stock levels, and timely replenishment
- Maintain the store’s commercial presentation according to Visual Merchandising standards
- Organize and present promotional activities in the store
- Analyze sales reports and suggest improvements to results
- Lead and motivate the team through organization, open communication, and respect
- Train, evaluate, educate, and develop team members using available company tools
- Follow Loss Prevention rules and motivate the team to minimize losses
- Ensure Health and Safety rules are followed in the store and warehouse

Benefits
- Monthly gross salary of €1,350–€1,430, depending on experience and qualifications, plus a bonus based on the achievement of sales targets.
