About the job
The Leasing Manager drives the company's expansion by identifying, evaluating, and securing new retail locations while managing lease negotiations and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
MAIN ACTIVITIES:
Find properties according to company standards.
Market & location analysis.
Negotiation of lease contracts.
Maintaining and building relationships with property owners, construction companies and real estate agencies.
Competition analysis.
Elaboration of market studies and strategy presentations.
Preparation of the complete business plan in terms of market, location requirements, space configuration, financial and legal terms.
Cooperation with the Technical Department and the Legal Department of the company.
Analysis of the technical aspects of the site.
Cooperation and communication with the corresponding department at the company headquarters in Poland.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Economics / Business Administration or related subject.
Previous experience of more than 3 years, in a similar position.
Work experience in a retail clothing company will be an added advantage.
Excellent knowledge of the English language (oral & written communication).
Excellent PC knowledge (Ms Office) & experience using applications.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
