The Leasing Manager drives the company's expansion by identifying, evaluating, and securing new retail locations while managing lease negotiations and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

MAIN ACTIVITIES:

• Find properties according to company standards.

• Market & location analysis.

• Negotiation of lease contracts.

• Maintaining and building relationships with property owners, construction companies and real estate agencies.

• Competition analysis.

• Elaboration of market studies and strategy presentations.

• Preparation of the complete business plan in terms of market, location requirements, space configuration, financial and legal terms.

• Cooperation with the Technical Department and the Legal Department of the company.

• Analysis of the technical aspects of the site.

• Cooperation and communication with the corresponding department at the company headquarters in Poland.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Economics / Business Administration or related subject.

• Previous experience of more than 3 years, in a similar position.

• Work experience in a retail clothing company will be an added advantage.

• Excellent knowledge of the English language (oral & written communication).

• Excellent PC knowledge (Ms Office) & experience using applications.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Flexibility, Adaptability & Team Spirit.

• Very good organizational and communication skills.
