Responsibilities

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
3+ years experience in IT service delivery, service management, or a related role.
Proficiency in English language is essential for this position.
Strong understanding of IT service management (ITSM) frameworks (ITIL certification preferred).
Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar platforms.
Strong sense of responsibility, results orientation and proven ability to collaborate effectively across departments
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, and enterprise systems.
Preferred Skills:
Possession of ITIL v3/v4 Foundation certification or a higher level certification is advantageous.
It is preferable to have experience in cloud computing, cybersecurity, or DevOps, along with a solid understanding of Agile and DevOps methodologies.
