What you'll do
- Monitor service requests and coordinate repairs for building equipment and infrastructure
- Perform basic mechanical repairs and electrical, electronic, and mechanical fault finding
- Complete daily checks of interactive exhibits according to maintenance guidelines
- Keep inspection and repair documentation up to date
- Complete log sheets, repair reports, and warranty request forms
- Isolate faulty units and provide detailed fault reports to suppliers
- Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure safe, reliable equipment operation
- Coordinate with external partners and subcontractors and maintain proactive communication
- Follow safety regulations to maintain a secure working environment
- Contribute to plans, timelines, and budgets for electrical works
- Provide on-site technical support during Athens Olympic Museum events
- Prepare events according to client requirements, including furniture, audiovisual equipment, and lighting
- Restore the venue to its standard setup after each event
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Maintenance and repairs; Mechanical repairs; Electrical fault finding; Electronic fault finding
- Interactive exhibit maintenance; Maintenance instruction compliance
- Show controllers; Lighting systems; Audio systems
- Data recording; Technical reporting; Basic IT skills
- Safety regulations; Electrical works planning
