What you'll do
- Coordinate and supervise work according to schedules, priorities, and plans
- Create schedules and monitor crew attendance
- Monitor the receipt of supplies
- Assign general and daily tasks
- Ensure adequate workforce and resources
- Enforce all occupational health and safety precautions and quality standards
- Supervise the use of machinery and equipment
- Resolve problems as they arise
- Report daily progress to the site manager and maintain required records
- Participate in quantity take-offs, work acceptance, and subcontractor work measurement
