What you'll do
- Organize and supervise daily construction activities across assigned work fronts.
- Coordinate crews, subcontractors and equipment according to the site work programme.
- Plan daily and weekly resource requirements with the Site Manager and site engineers.
- Ensure work follows approved construction drawings, method statements and quality requirements.
- Enforce site safety rules and environmental procedures, addressing unsafe conditions promptly.
- Monitor workmanship, productivity and progress, reporting delays or resource shortages.
- Coordinate material deliveries, handling and storage for uninterrupted site operations.
- Maintain daily records of completed work, labour, equipment and site issues.
- Identify construction problems and coordinate solutions with the site engineering team.
Key requirements
- 10+ years' experience
- Marine works, earthworks and civil works supervision.
- Construction site supervision, crew coordination and subcontractor coordination.
- Construction equipment coordination and resource planning.
- Construction drawings interpretation and method statements.
- Site safety and construction quality control.
- Construction progress monitoring, MS Office and computer skills.
