What you'll do
- Coordinate the residential rental lifecycle from owner onboarding and property preparation through listing, contracting, move-in and support.
- Manage property listings, viewings, tenant onboarding, handovers and move-out processes.
- Participate in owner meetings, tenant interactions and property presentations.
- Serve as a key contact for owners, tenants and guests through timely, professional communication.
- Coordinate tenant and guest inquiries, requests, complaints and operational issues.
- Ensure consistent execution across long-, mid- and short-term rentals.
- Coordinate internal teams and external providers to prepare properties for marketing, viewings, occupancy and operations.
- Conduct or coordinate inspections, readiness and inventory checks, handovers and related documentation.
- Follow up on defects, outstanding works and corrective actions through completion.
- Monitor third-party vendor performance and service quality.
- Coordinate lease agreements, signatures, renewals, approvals and supporting documentation.
- Support compliance with procedures, approvals and record-keeping requirements.
- Monitor progress, follow up on actions and escalate delays, service issues and operational risks.
- Improve rental processes, checklists and operational workflows.
- Identify operational gaps and propose scalable process improvements.
- Support task allocation, daily follow-up and supervision as the rental team grows.
- Monitor operational performance, consistency, accountability and service quality across the team.
Key requirements
- 5+ years' experience
- Residential rental operations, property management and residential leasing processes
- Tenant onboarding, property handovers, and property readiness and inspections
- Tenant and guest services, owner-facing processes, and lease agreement coordination
- Vendor and service provider coordination and cross-functional coordination
- CRM and property management systems
- Workflow supervision, operational performance monitoring, and process improvement
- Business Administration / Real Estate / Hospitality Management / Real Estate Management
