What you'll do
- Support recording and evaluation of properties for social utilization
- Participate in data collection and analysis for social and local development projects
- Coordinate communication with public bodies, municipalities, and partners
- Support administrative procedures related to property utilization
- Monitor project timelines and prepare related reports
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for smooth project execution
- Support compliance with required procedures and regulations
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Property Management and Project Coordination skills
- Proficiency in English and MS Office
- Strong Communication Skills and Analytical Thinking
- Project Organization and Monitoring abilities
- Knowledge of Business Administration and Economics
- Economics / Business Administration / Any
