Key requirements
- 10+ years' experience
- Permitting process compliance and advice on permitting legislation
- Architectural studies review and feasibility studies production
- Risk identification and mitigation
- Project schedule management
- Knowledge of NOK, Building Code, L. 4495/2017 and urban planning regimes
- Review and implementation of building permit submissions and coverage diagrams
- Awareness of authorities and processes related to building permits (e-adeies)

Permitting Manager
Based @ The Ellinikon Offices
We are seeking a highly motivated Permitting Manager to join the Urban Planning and Permitting Department.
The Permitting Manager will be reporting to the Permitting Senior Manager.
The successful candidate will be responsible to:
Process and safeguard the permitting compliance to the legislative and regulatory framework of Ellinikon projects.
Review architectural studies.
Produce feasibility studies for the individual projects of Ellinikon.
Identify any risks and the respective mitigation actions related to any permitting issues.
Act horizontally supporting all projects of the Ellinikon Project.
Report on the status of permit process and maintain all the relevant documentation updated.
In detail, the Permitting Manager, amongst others, will have the following responsibilities:
Develop permitting roadmaps and safeguard the compliance of the individual projects (buildings and infrastructure works) to the legal framework of the Ellinikon Development.
Effectively manage project schedules and monitor the permitting process.
Assist, advice and consult all parties on the permitting legislation and restrictions of the Ellinikon Development.
Research and determine the feasibility of proposed developments of the Ellinikon Project.
Highlight any risks and the respective mitigation actions as well as opportunities according to the projects' needs related to permitting issues.
Provide professional advice and review architectural studies submitted by developers.
Offer advice, expertise and recommendations to the Permitting Senior Manager, on permitting issues, design approvals and reviews of design submittals.
Support the developers in submissions procedures.
Act as the official communication channel to the public permitting authorities for permitting issues.
You will be a successful candidate for our opening, if you can identify yourself with the following criteria:
Academic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree on Architecture or Civil Engineering.
Excellent command of the English language.
Professional Experience:
10+ years of relevant working experience as an Architect/ Civil Engineer with strong involvement in the permit process
Good ability in AutoCAD.
Excellent knowledge of NOK, Building Code, L. 4495/2017, experience in reviewing coverage diagrams and awareness of urban planning regimes.
Awareness of the requirements for a complete file for building permit submission depending on the building category.
Experience in reviewing and implementing the submissions related to building permits.
Awareness of authorities, policies, and processes related to building permits (e-adeies).
