What you'll do
- Support the Operations Manager with department planning, organization and operational procedures
- Coordinate daily shopping center operations, including the parking area
- Co-manage and develop the shopping center’s technical team
- Support contract negotiation and administration with service providers, suppliers and contractors
- Support annual operations budgeting, including invoice control and cost centers
- Supervise Safety & Security, cleaning and other service providers
- Ensure effective maintenance of installations and machinery by contractors and in-house personnel
- Monitor daily shopping center safety standards
- Communicate with tenants about technical and operational issues, refurbishments and construction
- Ensure tenant-related procedures support customer satisfaction and smooth, safe operations
- Address resource allocation issues, correct poor practices and promote green policies
Key requirements
- 5+ years' experience
- Facility management, building operations and construction
- Operations planning and coordination, technical team management and project management
- Contract negotiation and management, service provider management
- Budgeting and invoice control, reporting and numerical data analysis
- Safety and security supervision, building maintenance and green policies
- Prioritization and multitasking, tenant communication
- Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Business Administration
