What you'll do
- Coordinate the shopping center’s daily operations, including the parking area
- Co-manage and develop the shopping center’s Technical Team
- Support contracts with service providers, suppliers, and contractors
- Support annual operations budgets, including invoice control and cost centers
- Supervise safety, security, cleaning, technical, landscaping, and other service providers
- Ensure effective maintenance of installations and machinery by contractors and in-house personnel
- Monitor and challenge the shopping center’s daily safety standards
- Communicate with tenants on technical and operational issues, refurbishments, construction, and operations
- Promote effective procedures, resource efficiency, and good practices such as green policies
Key requirements
- 5+ years' experience
- Operations, facility, and building operations management
- Technical team and maintenance management
- Contract, supplier, and service provider management
- Budget management and report preparation
- Safety and security supervision
- MS Office, analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Civil Engineering / Business Administration
