 Legal Counsel specializing in Public Procurement

• Providing legal support throughout the company’s participation in public procurement procedures.

• Reviewing tender documents, including identification of tenders and advice on eligibility and participation criteria.

• Preparing, in collaboration with other departments, the participation files to assist the Public Tender Department in submitting them.

•  Drafting and handling pre-contractual appeals as well as any objections or appeals in collaboration with the Legal Department.

• Drafting, reviewing, and monitoring contracts with sector entities.

• Providing legal opinions on issues related to administrative law.

• Monitoring legislative and regulatory developments related to public procurement (Law 4412/2016).

  What will you bring

• BSc degree in Law.

• A Master's degree or a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration will be considered an advantage.

• Proven experience of at least five (5) years as a corporate lawyer in the business environment and/or a large law firm. Experience in the field of public tenders, as outlined in Law 4412/2016, will be considered an asset.

• Sound judgment and the ability to analyze situations and information.

• Time management and the ability to meet strict deadlines, working under pressure.

• Demonstrated ability to create legal defensive or proactive strategies.

• A high degree of professional ethics and integrity.

• Fluent English language skills (written and spoken).

• Ability to create relations of trust.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
