What you'll do
- Manage carrier agreements, including communication, reconciliation, and billing preparation
- Support Global Trade teams and coordinate billing and reconciliation activities
- Develop, maintain, and update Standard Operating Procedures
- Maintain, enhance, and distribute operational and financial reports
- Perform financial activities in ACON and support accurate financial reporting
- Monitor and validate financial and operational data
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities
