What you'll do
- Prepare and serve coffee beverages, tea, hot chocolate, smoothies, fresh juices, and other drinks
- Maintain coffee equipment and ensure it functions properly and meets quality standards
- Keep the work area clean and comply with food safety and hygiene standards
- Promote products through effective upselling strategies
- Collaborate with the restaurant and bar team to deliver seamless service
- Respond to guest requests and handle complaints professionally and efficiently
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Coffee beverage preparation and beverage preparation
- Coffee equipment maintenance
- Food safety and hygiene
- Upselling and customer service
- Alcoholic beverages and cocktails; POS systems
- English fluency, speed and accuracy, complaint handling, and team collaboration
- Hospitality Management / Tourismpreferred
