What you'll do
- Deliver wellness and spa treatments according to operational and treatment standards
- Ensure guest safety in the treatment room
- Maintain professional conduct, appearance, hygiene, uniform and posture standards
- Complete opening and closing procedures
- Schedule guest appointments
- Promote massage services to spa members and hotel guests
- Provide individualized bodywork treatments based on guest needs and expectations
- Assess guest needs and screen for contraindications before services
- Maintain spa and treatment room appearance, hygiene and cleanliness
- Support recreation and leisure operations as required
