What you'll do
- Deliver Wellness and spa treatments according to operational and treatment standards
- Ensure guest safety in the treatment room
- Maintain professional conduct, dress, hygiene, uniform appearance and posture standards
- Perform opening and closing procedures
- Schedule guest appointments
- Promote massage services to spa members and hotel guests
- Provide individualized bodywork treatments aligned with guest needs and expectations
- Assess guest needs and screen for contraindications before treatments
- Maintain spa and treatment-room appearance, cleanliness and service standards
- Assist with recreation and leisure operations as required
- Carry out additional duties assigned by management

- Wellness and spa treatments, bodywork treatments
- Treatment equipment and devices, anatomy
- Guest needs assessment, contraindication screening
- Spa safety procedures, spa cleanliness and hygiene
- Appointment scheduling, opening and closing procedures
- English language proficiency, manicure and pedicure, nail art, spa promotion, hotel operations
- Aesthetics and Cosmetology / Physiotherapy
