What you'll do
- Create food and wine pairings that elevate the dining experience
- Present wines to guests, including regions and winemaking processes
- Deliver wine service with suitable temperatures and glassware
- Keep beverage lists updated and presentable
- Track wine stock and submit orders
- Maintain the wine cellar and preserve wines
- Use POS systems to support service
- Upsell wines and beverages
- Improve operations and set higher goals
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Wine knowledge, Santorini wines & WSPC Level 2
- Food and wine pairing, Wine service & Fine dining service
- Wine list management, Wine inventory management & Wine cellar maintenance
- Customer service, Upselling & Communication skills
- POS systems, Operational improvement & English fluency
