What you'll do
- Clean and tidy hotel areas, rooms, and guest facilities to required standards within time limits.
- Create daily job lists and record all serviced rooms.
- Report shortages, damage, theft, security issues, and found items.
- Maintain equipment in good condition.
- Polish silver accessories and metal fixtures and fittings.
- Replenish guest supplies and check consumable stock levels.
- Comply with health and safety regulations, company policies, and licensing laws.
- Protect hotel and guest property while performing your duties.
- Handle reasonable guest complaints and requests, and inform colleagues when required.
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Hotel housekeeping and cleaning and sanitization
- Inventory replenishment and room servicing records
- Damage and security issue reporting
- Equipment maintenance and metal and silver polishing
- Health and safety compliance
- Guest complaint handling
- General Studiespreferred
