What you'll do
- Prepare equipment and complete mise en place for the start and end of each shift
- Clean hotel rooms and public areas
- Deliver additional supplies, including linens, pillows and bathroom items, to guest rooms
- Report any damage or defects to your supervisor
- Learn the hotel facilities to answer guest questions and provide directions
- Welcome guests in a friendly manner
- Support tasks related to the department
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Professional hotel room cleaning and public area cleaning
- Equipment and shift preparation, including Mise en place
- Delivery of additional supplies to rooms and compliance with hotel service standards
- Reporting damages and defects
- Knowledge of hotel facilities and guest service
- Spoken communication in Greek and physical fitness
