What you'll do
- Deliver friendly, professional guest service according to LHW standards
- Apply suggestive selling and upselling techniques suited to guests
- Handle guest complaints and issues professionally
- Monitor preset and restaurant service procedures
- Maintain excellent hygiene across all work areas
- Cooperate with restaurant and kitchen teams
- Maintain supplies at par stock levels
- Process POS transactions and payment procedures
Key requirements
- Customer service and guest service according to LHW standards
- Suggestive selling, upselling and complaint handling
- POS systems and payment processing
- Hygiene and safety procedures and restaurant service procedures
- Greek and English language fluency
- Problem solving, organizational skills and teamwork
- Hospitality Management / Any Fieldpreferred
