What you'll do
- Deliver service according to fine dining standards
- Apply suggestive selling and upselling techniques suited to guests
- Resolve guest complaints and issues professionally
- Maintain excellent hygiene across all work areas
- Collaborate with restaurant employees and the culinary team
- Follow established service procedures
- Maintain supplies at par stock levels
- Process POS transactions and payments
- Provide a friendly, professional guest experience according to LHW standards
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Fine dining service, guest service and restaurant, bar and wine terminology
- POS systems and payment processing
- Suggestive selling and upselling; guest complaint resolution
- Hygiene and safety procedures; health certificates
- Organizational skills and problem-solving
- Greek language and English language; service procedure compliance and stock management
- Hospitality Managementpreferred
